Can we get an auditable record of what each person learned?
Each purchase sits in the buyer's own account under My purchases, with its date, the product and the named practitioner who wrote it. What a learner receives on completion is a certificate of participation — not a professional certification. MoroAK is not an accreditation body and does not award qualifications.
Does training bought here count towards our people's CPD?
That is decided by their professional body, not by MoroAK. No UK professional body requires CPD to be bought from an accredited or approved provider — checked against eleven of them in September 2026 — and what they increasingly require is a record of what the learning need was and how it was met. MoroAK supplies the record and names the practitioner who taught it; the hours are counted under your own body's rules.
How do you verify an educator before we put them in front of our people?
Identity, jurisdiction and professional standing are checked from documents the educator uploads at onboarding — degrees, postgraduate qualifications, CV. Each document they then publish passes a four-step review: submission, structural review, cross-reference verification, determination. Persistent failure escalates in six stages, ending in revocation of authority status.
Who do we contract with, and where?
MOROAK-NEY LTD, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 15533213, registered office Verona, Globe Road, Leeds LS11 5FH. That is the seller wherever the buyer is and whatever they pay with. MoroAK Educação Inova Simples (I.S.), CNPJ 60.604.134/0001-43, is the Brazilian affiliate and is not a seller.
What if the material turns out to be wrong for us?
Any purchase can be cancelled for a full refund within fourteen calendar days, wherever the buyer is and whatever it cost. There is no digital-content exception, no deduction and no reason required.
