How do I know an educator is real?
Every published educator went through document and credential validation, and the criteria used are public on the platform.
Is there free material?
Yes. A large part of the library is open, and paid items state price and scope before checkout.
Will this count for my CPD?
Your professional body decides. Most no longer require an approved provider — that was checked against eleven UK bodies in September 2026 — and what they increasingly ask for is a record: what your learning need was and how you met it. MoroAK gives you a dated record naming the practitioner who taught it, and a certificate of participation. It is not a professional certification.
Can I get my money back if it is not what I expected?
Yes. Fourteen calendar days from buying it, full refund, any product, any price, wherever you live. You do not have to give a reason.
What do I actually get when I buy?
Access is immediate: as soon as payment completes the product is in your account under My purchases. Some products are written material you can download and keep, some are video recorded in advance, and some are delivered live. The product page says which of those a given product contains before you buy it.
Is MoroAK teaching me, or is the educator?
The educator. They are the author of what you are reading or watching; MoroAK publishes and sells it, and your contract is with MoroAK alone — you never have to deal with the author to exercise it. MoroAK reviews structure, sourcing and compliance, not the professional judgement inside the work.
